the brief

Fidelity needed an in-branch experience that communicated their philosophy of Craft & Zing: demonstrating their expertise through customer success stories in a way that feels authentic and natural, but also contemporary and culturally relevant. 

the idea

I proposed the idea of a multi-dimensional LED wall camouflaged as an ordinary wall with the help of physical picture frames. Blending into its surroundings when inactive, the wall comes alive with customer stories spilling from the frames onto the entire surface. I used content from their existing marketing and sketched out scenes to then animate into the demo video that sold the idea:
